For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Term and Condition Building

1. Guests are required to rent for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for parking, swimming pool, and gym membership.
2. Guests must register the stay to Building Management on level P3 after check-in.
3. If there are two guests staying in one unit, both are required to provide photocopies of their ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (KK).
4. Foreign nationals (expatriates) must present a valid VISA and KITAS.
5. Use of building facilities and parking is subject to the rules and regulations of each building/apartment building management, and these provisions are subject to change.
6. For unfurnished units, the moving-in and moving-out of goods must follow the operational hours set by the Building Management.

7. Guests are not permitted to check in or checkout on holidays (weekends & public holidays)

Perlu diketahui untuk pemesanan bulanan sudah termasuk IPL / Maintenance fee, namun tidak termasuk untuk tagihan listrik, air, parkir, linen, internet (jika tersedia), serta biaya dan penggunaan fasilitas umum (gym dan kolam renang) bergantung kebijakan pihak manajemen gedung. Untuk durasi sewa tahunan harga sewa belum termasuk biaya IPL, air, listrik, parkir dan penggunaan fasilitas gedung (gym dan kolam renang). untuk unitnya masih tersedia, apabila berminat kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya. Kami perlu lakukan penjadwalan terlebih dahulu, yang mana penjadwalan tersebut bersifat pengajuan dan tentatif. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui.
