For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Term and Condition Building

1. Member parking for a minimum of 6 months rent.
2. Guests must pay to use the gym and swimming pool.

3. The use of building and parking facilities follows the applicable rules of each building / apartment building management and the provisions may change any time.
4. Based on building management regulations, this apartment is not permitted to be rented to foreign nationals from Nigeria.

    Salam hangat dari Travelio, Benar kakak. Linen with weekly cleaning adalah fasilitas Linen seperti Seprai, Sarung Bantal, Handuk, Keset dan Selimut serta unit akan dibersihkan 4 kali dalam 1 bulan. Apabila tidak menambah layanan 'linen with weekly cleaning', maka seprei, sarung bantal, handuk, keset dan selimut akan ditarik oleh staff kami saat proses check in. Apabila memilih layanan tambahan tersebut, kami akan mengganti linen dan membersihkan unit tersebut selama 4 kali dalam 1 bulan. Apabila tidak diperlukan, dapat di unceklis pada saat melakukan pemesanan saja. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.
