For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active).
For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Kami informasikan untuk unitnya saat ini tersedia di tanggal 01-01-2024 Kak. Max. 2 orang untuk unit tersebut dan anak di bawah usia 13 tahun tidak dihitung. Penambahan tamu akan di kenakan biaya charge sebesar Rp 50.000/orang/hari dan untuk jumlah maximal penambahan tamu hanya untuk 2 tamu dan kami tidak menyediakan extra bed Kak.
Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuative sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.

Untuk early check in kami tidak bisa menjanjikan. Kakak bisa menanyakan terlebih dahulu dengan customer service di H-1.
Customer Service kami akan mengecek ketersediaan unitnya terlebih dahulu. Jika unit tersedia maka bisa di lakukan earlier check in.
Earlier check in dimulai :
- pukul 10:00 sd 10:59 akan dikenakan biaya 50% dari harga sewa permalam dan
- pukul 11:00 sd 13.59 akan dikenakan biaya 30% dari harga sewa permalam
Kami cek saat ini unitnya available dan dapat melakukan pemesanan melalui aplikasi atau website Travelio.
