For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

    Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk durasi sewa harian harga sewa sudah termasuk biaya IPL, air, listrik namun belum termasuk biaya deposit dan parkir Untuk jam check-in, waktu check-in dimulai dari jam 14.00 hingga 24.00. Namun, jika Kakak ingin check-in lebih awal seperti jam 8 pagi, Kakak dapat menghubungi departemen layanan pelanggan kami untuk konfirmasi lebih lanjut.     Apakah unit ini tersedia? Apakah biaya IPL termasuk dalam biaya bulanan? Dan apakah ada deposit? dan untuk berlangganan parkir berapa ya?

    Selamat Siang Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Untuk sewa Bulanan sudah termasuk Maintenance fee/IPL namun belum termasuk biaya , parkir, linen, internet (jika ada), air, listrik, dan deposit ya kak Untuk unit yang kami sewakan tentunya ada deposit yang harus dibayarkan sebagai uang jaminan unit jika terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan pada unit yang disewa. Jika tidak ada kehilangan atau kerusakan maka kami akan refund untuk deposit yang sudah dibayarkan ya Kak. Untuk tarif parkir bergantung pada regulasi pihak apartemennya. Untuk pembuatan member parkir dapat kami bantu untuk memintakan surat kuasa owner atau surat kontrak. Namun, untuk proses dan pembuatannya dilakukan oleh pihak penyewa. Untuk sewa jangka lama nanti bisa membuat member parkir ke building management. Kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa ke pihak owner, namun untuk biaya parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. estimasinya adalah Rp250.000 sd Rp550.000 (mobil) dan Rp150.000 sd Rp300.000 (motor) per bulannya Saat ini unit nya masih tersedia apabila cocok dengan unit nya dapat segera melakukan pemesanan pada unit nya sebelum tersewa oleh tamu lain nya atau harga nya naik.
