For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

1. All tenants of Tower Duxton, Bristol, and Claymore are required to use Face Verification access, any violation of the house rules may result in access revocation by the Building Management.
2.. The use of building and parking facilities follows the applicable rules of each building / apartment building management and the provisions may change any time.
3. Loading unfurnished guest items following the Building Management operational hours.
4. There is a shuttle provided by Building Management with the following conditions:
- Shuttle operational hours follow Building Management (BM) operational hours.
- Maximum 4 people.
- Registration to use the shuttle is in the Jervois tower lobby.

Namun, unit tersebut dilengkapi dengan peralatan masak seperti gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, dan peralatan masak lainnya yang dapat digunakan selama menginap. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     Selamat Pagi Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Kami informasikan untuk unitnya saat ini tersedia di tanggal 10-12-2023 Kak. Prosedur refund deposit untuk pemesanan jangka panjang (bulanan / tahunan) akan kami proses setelah invoice dari Building Management terbit, tergantung dari tanggal Building Management mengeluarkan Invoice di bulan tersebut. Invoice tersebut akan digunakan untuk perhitungan pemakaian selama Kakak di unit Travelio, menyesuaikan tanggal menginap. Setelah invoice terbit, Tim Billing Travelio membutuhkan kurang lebih 7 hari kerja untuk proses penghitungan tagihan yang sesuai dan jika ada kerusakan di dalam unit yang disebabkan oleh pihak tamu, maka kami akan proses post-charge di akun tamu untuk diselesaikan dengan metode penyesuaian di biaya deposit.
