For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Namun, untuk sewa tahunan, IPL fee tidak termasuk dalam harga sewa dan akan dibayarkan langsung oleh tamu ke manajemen gedung setiap bulannya. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja. Untuk sewa bulanan sudah include/free IPL (Maintenance fee), namun belum termasuk cleaning fee, listrik, air, parkir, deposit dan lainnya tergantung pada pemakaian. Untuk metode pembayaran cicilan, dapat langsung klik "Pilih Payment Plan", lalu pilih cicilan setiap bulannya. Setelah di klik, akan muncul jadwal pembayaran yang tertera untuk tanggal pembayaran dan rincian total yang harus dibayarkan per cicilannya. Untuk proses showing, dapat diajukan 3 hari sebelum tanggal yang diinginkan ya Kak dikarenakan kami perlu melakukan penjadwalan terlebih dahulu, yang mana penjadwalan tersebut bersifat pengajuan dan tentatif. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Showing unit hanya dapat diajukan untuk sewa tahunan, atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan dengan syarat maksimal 3 unit untuk pengajuan showingnya.
