For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.
Term and Condition Building

1. Building facilities are only allowed to be used by monthly guests.
2. Daily rental guests are requested to parking outside the apartment building area.
3. The use of building and parking facilities follows the applicable rules of each building / apartment building management and the provisions may change any time.
4. Loading unfurnished guest items following the Building Management operational hours.

    Selamat Siang Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Untuk fasilitas parkir dapat kakak gunakan, namun kami tidak provide untuk free parkirnya. Estimasi tarif parkir mobil adalah Rp 5.000/jam. Biaya tersebut hanya estimasi saja, harga asli dapat konfirmasi ke buildingnya langsung nantinya. Ada atau tidaknya tarif maksimal harian menjadi kebijakan pihak building. Untuk pemesanan bulanan atau lebih, kakak dapat membuat member parkir ke building management, dan kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa owner. Dan untuk biaya pembuatan member parkirnya akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. Untuk biaya parkir mengikuti kebijakan pihak Building dan akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. Nanti Kakak dapat memilih "YA" untuk "PARKIR" pada saat melakukan pemesanan agar dibantu untuk surat kuasa dari ownernya. Estimasinya untuk biaya parkir mobil sebesar Rp 200.000 - Rp 550.000, Untuk estimasi parkir motor sebesar Rp 70.000 - Rp 150.000 sesuai dengan kebijakan building management tersebut. Namun apabila ada kenaikan atau perubahan harga mengikuti kebijakan Building. Kami bantu cek untuk unitnya saat ini masih tersedia untuk disewa dan silahkan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya di aplikasi atau website Travelio ya kak sebelum tersewa oleh tamu lainnya.
