A comfortable housing in the middle of the serene Tamansari Hills residence. You will not feel the hot weather of Semarang when you reside in the resident. The front side of the house is a spacious and harmonious green yard. Step inside, the homey ambiance is getting stronger. You will be welcomed with a large living room with large sofa and sofa cushions. Further, inside, there is a cozy TV room. The room is left with no additional furniture, only carpet made of wool to watch the TV. At the corner of the room near the window, there is a table and a small chair for interaction spot between each resident. Close to the TV room, there is a kitchen complete with cooking utensils. The bedroom wall uses a brown wallpaper with classic ambiance to create a luxurious impression. The bedding is left on the floor to create a relaxing but still elegant atmosphere.

There are many water park that you can visit. Gardenia Swimming Pool around 16 minutes drives; Semawis Waterpark, 6 minutes drive; and Water Blaster 15 minutes drive. A historical spot of Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah (mosque) and Lawang Sewu is a must visit spot, around 20 minutes drive. Simpang Lima area around 20 minutes drive.
