For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active).
For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Untuk unit Comfy and Fancy Studio Apartment at Sky House BSD By Travelio, alat masak yang disediakan meliputi gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, kitchen cabinet, cooker hood, electric kettle, frying pan, sauce pan, spatula, ladle soup, kitchen scissor, dan masih banyak lagi. Jadi Kakak bisa memasak dengan nyaman di unit tersebut.

Untuk parkir mengikuti dari kebijakan Building Management masing-masing ya kak
Untuk parkir bisa digunakan namun untuk biaya akan dibebankan oleh tamu yang menyewa unit tersebut. Estimasi harga parkir adalah Rp 5.000/jam.
Jika menyewa unit tersebut dengan jangka waktu bulanan atau tahunan, bisa membuat member parkir ke building management, dan kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa owner. Untuk biaya parkir mengikuti kebijakan pihak building dan akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa.
Untuk estimasi parkirnya adalah Rp150.000 sd Rp1.000.000 per bulannya, namun apabila ada kenaikan atau perubahan harga mengikuti kebijakan Building.
Kami cek unitnya tersedia, apabila berminat silakan lakukan pemesanan segera selagi unitnya tersedia ya
