For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Term and Condition Building

1. The use of building and parking facilities follows the applicable rules of each building / apartment building management and the provisions may change any time.
2. Swimming pool and gym cannot be used by guests renting daily.
3. Guests monthly/yearly must register after Check-in or D-1 during BM working hours to use the building facilities.
4. Loading unfurnished guest items following the Building Management operational hours.

Jika terdapat harga maka unit tersedia dan dapat langsung dipesan di aplikasi. Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.     Salam hangat dari Travelio, Untuk fasilitas parkir dapat Kakak gunakan, namun kami tidak menyediakan parkir gratis. Estimasi tarif parkir mobil adalah maximal mobil 30 rb /motor 10 rb. Untuk pemesanan bulanan atau lebih, estimasinya kartu awal 50 rb /mobil 200 rb / motor 100 rb Kakak dapat membuat member parkir ke pihak pengelola gedung, dan kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa dari pemilik. Biaya pembuatan member parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. Jika Kakak tertarik dengan unitnya, jangan ragu untuk segera melakukan pemesanan melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya!
