For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Sewa tahunan unit By Travelio tidak termasuk dengan IPL, Listrik, Deposit, Air, Linen, Parkir dan Internet.     Selamat Malam Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Untuk Sewa harian unit By Travelio sudah termasuk dengan Listrik dan Air namun tidak termasuk untuk internet dan Deposit. Untuk parkir tersedia namun untuk tarif parkir dan kebijakannya bergantung pada regulasi pihak apartemennya. Untuk pembuatan member parkir dapat kami bantu untuk memintakan surat kuasa owner atau surat kontrak. Namun, untuk proses dan pembuatannya dilakukan oleh pihak penyewa. Estimasi harga parkir adalah Rp 5.000/jam. untuk sewa jangka lama nanti bisa membuat member parkir ke building management. Kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa ke pihak owner, namun untuk biaya parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. estimasinya adalah Rp250.000 sd Rp550.000 (mobil) dan Rp150.000 sd Rp300.000 (motor) per bulannya Apabila berminat dapat melakukan pemesanannya saat ini melalui aplikasi atau website travelio.com sebelum tersewa tamu lainnya ya kak. Untuk proses showing, dapat diajukan 3 hari sebelum tanggal yang diinginkan ya Kak dikarenakan kami perlu melakukan penjadwalan terlebih dahulu, yang mana penjadwalan tersebut bersifat pengajuan dan tentatif. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Showing unit hanya dapat diajukan untuk sewa tahunan, atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan dengan syarat maksimal 3 unit dalam apartemen yang sama untuk pengajuan showingnya. Apabila kurang dari masa sewa tersebut, Kakak bisa cek unitnya menggunakan fitur Virtual Tour 360 yang tersedia pada katalog dan galeri properti di link unitnya ya. Kami informasikan juga bahwa untuk fasilitas unit sama seperti yang tertera pada foto atau deskripsi di katalog dan dalam kondisi fungsional Kak.
