For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Sebaiknya 1 jam sebelum waktu check in petugas check in sudah mempersiapkan kamar antara lain, menghidupkan AC, cek perlengkapan kamar antara lain haduk, minuman botol, mie cup dll.

    Selamat Malam Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. Maksimal 2 tamu untuk unit tersebut dan anak di bawah usia 13 tahun tidak dihitung. Penambahan tamu akan di kenakan biaya charge Rp 50.000/tamu/hari dan untuk jumlah maximal penambahan tamu hanya untuk 2 tamu dan kami tidak menyediakan extra bed. Berikut untuk jarak dari apartemen Ke RS Pon 7 mnt (2,2 km) lewat Jl. Letjen M.T. Haryono, 7 mnt (2,4 km) lewat Jl. DI. Panjaitan Saat ini unit nya masih tersedia apabila cocok dengan unit nya dapat segera melakukan pemesanan pada unit nya sebelum tersewa oleh tamu lain nya atau harga nya naik. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Showing unit hanya dapat diajukan untuk sewa tahunan, atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan dengan syarat maksimal 3 unit untuk pengajuan showingnya.
