For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active).
For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Untuk ketersediaan unit pada tanggal 20 ini, Kakak bisa langsung cek ketersediaan dan harga unit dengan memasukkan tanggal menginap pada aplikasi Travelio. Jika terdapat harga, berarti unit tersedia dan Kakak dapat langsung melakukan pemesanan.
Untuk fasilitas parkir, Kakak dapat menggunakan fasilitas parkir namun kami tidak menyediakan parkir gratis. Estimasi tarif parkir mobil adalah Rp 5.000/jam. Untuk pemesanan bulanan atau lebih, Kakak dapat membuat member parkir langsung ke pihak building management. Kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa dari pemilik unit. Biaya pembuatan member parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa.
Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuatif sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.

Untuk durasi sewa harian harga sewa sudah termasuk biaya IPL, air, listrik namun belum termasuk biaya deposit dan parkir
Perlu diketahui untuk pemesanan bulanan sudah termasuk IPL / Maintenance fee, namun tidak termasuk untuk tagihan listrik, air, parkir, linen, internet (jika tersedia), serta biaya dan penggunaan fasilitas umum (gym dan kolam renang) bergantung kebijakan pihak manajemen gedung.
Untuk durasi sewa tahunan harga sewa belum termasuk biaya IPL, air, listrik, parkir dan penggunaan fasilitas gedung (gym dan kolam renang).
