For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active). For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

IPL untuk sewa bulanan gratis kak apakah benar? sy ada baca di tempat kakak jawab di forum diskusi tipe room ini 2. kak semisal sy sudah sewa 3bulan, nah saya mau perpanjang lagi itu saya harus info ke kakak di bulan ke 2 kah atau ke 3 menjelang masa sewa habis? 3. kalau saya sewa bulanan dan membawa kendaraan mobil/motor apakah dapat free parking ?

    Selamat Pagi Kak, salam hangat dari Travelio. 1. Untuk sewa bulanan sudah free IPL ya kak 2. Jika ingin perpanjang masa sewa diharuskan untuk tamu konfirmasi ke kami melalui chat atau by phone setidaknya 2 minggu sebelum masa kontrak habis untuk tanyakan apakah unit tersebut masih tersedia untuk extend. 3. Untuk tarif parkir bergantung pada regulasi pihak apartemennya. Untuk pembuatan member parkir dapat kami bantu untuk memintakan surat kuasa owner atau surat kontrak. Namun, untuk proses dan pembuatannya dilakukan oleh pihak penyewa. Estimasi harga parkir adalah Rp 5.000/jam. untuk sewa jangka lama nanti bisa membuat member parkir ke building management. Kami akan membantu memintakan surat kuasa ke pihak owner, namun untuk biaya parkir akan menjadi tanggung jawab tamu/penyewa. estimasinya adalah Rp250.000 sd Rp550.000 (mobil) dan Rp150.000 sd Rp300.000 (motor) per bulannya.
