For daily bookings, deposit paid through bank transfer or virtual account, the deposit will be refunded about five working days after the bank data is confirmed. A notification will be sent to your email (make sure the contact details listed are valid and active).
For monthly and yearly stay, in the event where utility cut off usage for the stay period is not available, your security deposit can only be refunded after Building Management has issued monthly water and electricity bill. The bill are usually issued on the 5th-10th day of the following month after your check out date and will be used to calculate your consumption during your stay at the Travelio unit. Travelio will need approximately 7 working days for detailed calculations after the the final bill is issued. For credit card payment, your bank will need 14 extra working days for your funds to be made available after Travelio has done the above.

Untuk unitnya saat ini tersedia ya kak, Untuk serah terima kunci atau proses check-in akan dibantu oleh staff operational kami dan akan bertemu di lobby tower pemesanannya. Selanjutnya untuk proses check innya, mohon konfirmasi jam kedatangan maksimal 2 jam sebelum jam check in melalui layanan chat agar terhubung dengan staff operasional kami yang akan membantu proses check in. Silakan melakukan pemesanan selama unitnya tersedia sebelum dipesan oleh tamu lain atau harga nya naik. Untuk pemesanan last minute, check in hanya dapat dilakukan 2 jam setelah pemesanan terkonfirmasi karena staff kami tidak standby 24 jam di lokasi.
Untuk early check in kami tidak bisa menjanjikan. Kakak bisa menanyakan terlebih dahulu dengan customer service di H-1.
Customer Service kami akan mengecek ketersediaan unitnya terlebih dahulu. Jika unit tersedia maka bisa di lakukan earlier check in.
Earlier check in dimulai :
- pukul 10:00 sd 10:59 akan dikenakan biaya 50% dari harga sewa permalam dan
- pukul 11:00 sd 13.59 akan dikenakan biaya 30% dari harga sewa permalam
Apabila berminat dengan unit tersebut dapat segera lakukan pemesanan melalui aplikasi atau laman website Travelio ya Kak.

Kami informasikan untuk unitnya saat ini tersedia di tanggal 28-11-2023 Kak. Untuk proses showing, dapat diajukan 3 hari sebelum tanggal yang diinginkan ya Kak dikarenakan kami perlu melakukan penjadwalan terlebih dahulu, yang mana penjadwalan tersebut bersifat pengajuan dan tentatif. Jika unit tersedia maka pengajuan akan disetujui. Showing unit hanya dapat diajukan untuk sewa tahunan, atau untuk sewa minimal 4 bulan dengan syarat maksimal 3 unit dalam apartemen yang sama untuk pengajuan showingnya.
Apabila kurang dari masa sewa tersebut, Kakak bisa cek unitnya menggunakan fitur Virtual Tour 360 yang tersedia pada katalog dan galeri properti di link unitnya ya. Kami informasikan juga bahwa untuk fasilitas unit sama seperti yang tertera pada foto atau deskripsi di katalog dan dalam kondisi fungsional Kak.
Jika Kakak sudah cocok dengan unitnya, Kami sarankan untuk segera melakukan pemesanan unitnya sekarang melalui Aplikasi atau Website Travelio ya Kak, sebelum unitnya tersewa oleh tamu lain karena kami tidak bisa bantu keep untuk unitnya dan harga unitnya bersifat fluktuative sehingga bisa naik kapan saja.
